Matt LaVigueur draws on his prior experience as an M&A attorney to support DWT's corporate and business transactions practice as its knowledge management attorney. Matt manages and produces content for the corporate group's library of forms, precedents, trainings, and best practices. In addition, Matt leads the corporate group's process improvement initiatives with a focus on effective deal management practices and leveraging new and existing technologies to produce high-quality client service and work product.
When he's not building practice group resources, running legal tech pilots and integration, or working on process improvement projects, Matt is an active member of the firm's LGBTQ+ Attorney and Staff Affinity Groups and is passionate about issues that impact diverse and marginalized communities both within the firm and outside of it.
