Kasey Lee is a member of DWT's employment services practice group where she advises public and privately held companies, financial institutions, and corporate executives on employment, executive compensation, and employee benefits matters, with a focus on issues arising under ERISA and on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financing arrangements, and SPAC transactions.
Kasey has been recognized for her publications related to employee benefits and extensive pro bono service. Her work has been published by Bloomberg Law, Practising Law Institute, and the Wolters Kluwer Journal of Pension Planning and Compliance. Her background includes academic research and a teaching role in legal writing, as well as judicial internships in U.S. federal courts and an international high court.
