Theo Lesczynski focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation involving financial services institutions and consumer class action defense. Her experience includes contract disputes, securities litigation, First Amendment, and professional responsibility law. She also maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on civil rights and habeas corpus. Prior to joining DWT, Theo practiced law in the Chicago office of an international law firm and clerked for the Hon. John C. Coughenour in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Before law school, Theo worked as a social studies teacher in Chicago Public Schools.
