Madeline Marcellino (Lorang) is a skilled environmental attorney who focuses on compliance with complex federal and state hazardous waste regulations. A former attorney-advisor with the EPA's Office of Civil Enforcement, Madeline has handled sensitive matters for highly regulated industries, including compliance orders and settlement negotiations involving the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); the Clean Water Act (CWA); and the Clean Air Act (CAA). At the EPA, Madeline drafted administrative complaints and consent orders. She previously worked in the Department of Labor's ALJ office, where she coordinated pretrial matters, resolved discovery disputes, and drafted final rulings in complex administrative litigation. While pursuing her law degree at the University of Oregon, Madeline earned multiple honors as a Wayne Morse Legal Fellow and Dean's Distinguished Environmental Law Fellow.
