Angelo Marchesini is a litigator in the firm's media, entertainment, and IP group. Angelo has experience handling disputes involving copyright, patents, trade secrets, breach of contract, and other issues. He supports clients at all stages of litigation, from strategy and initial filing through discovery, trial, and appeal. He has represented clients in cases involving preliminary injunctive relief and has guided leading companies through commercial disputes.
Angelo also maintains an active pro bono practice. He notably second-chaired a federal jury trial for a client who sued government officials for failure to treat a medical condition, resulting in jury-awarded monetary and punitive damages. Prior to joining DWT, Angelo practiced at a Northwest-based law firm, clerked at the Washington Supreme Court, and served as a judicial extern at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
