Catherine Maxson is uniquely positioned to help clients with their copyright and trademark needs due to the breadth of her experience and flexibility of her skills. In her 20-plus years of practice, she has worked on a wide array of issues in the copyright and trademark spheres, including strategic counseling, obtaining registrations and managing portfolios, drafting complex license agreements, and litigating novel issues. Catherine’s clients are also wide-ranging, from companies with trademark filings in more than 100 countries to individuals with one domestic trademark registration.
