Jackie Middleton represents employers in workplace disputes and employment-related litigation, guiding clients from early case assessment through trial and resolution. She defends companies against discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, protected leave, and wage-and-hour claims, including class and collective actions and single-plaintiff matters in state and federal courts and in arbitration.

Jackie's experience also includes defending rest and meal break class actions and other complex workplace matters. She has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Washington State Human Rights Commission and has secured numerous agency findings of no probable cause, including in matters involving dozens of claimants. She has also obtained summary judgment dismissals in discrimination and retaliation cases and helped defeat class certification in wage-and-hour class action litigation. In addition to providing employee and supervisor trainings, Jackie advises employers on policy development and compliance strategies.
