Caroline Miks

Caroline Miks has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal. She has handled general business litigation, insurance defense litigation, patent prosecution, and broker-dealer FINRA arbitrations. Before joining DWT, Caroline was a paralegal in the in-house counsel's office of Fidelity National Financial, working on title insurance litigation. In addition to her paralegal experience, Caroline worked in the securities industry, first as a registered representative trainee at Charles Schwab in Denver where she obtained her Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, then in the compliance department of an independent broker-dealer in Atlanta where she obtained her Series 24 securities license.
