Kristine Modica
Attorney
Kristine Modica brings a decade of litigation experience to DWT, where she handles arbitrations for the firm's institutional clients. She has supported and advised companies on product development and liability as well as environmental, insurance, pharmaceutical, OSHA, and other issues. Kristine has handled all stages of litigation in federal and state courts, including witness preparation, trial strategy, expert consultation, and discovery, and she has extensive drafting experience involving demand letters, complaints, pleadings, and motions. She has managed complex and commercial litigation for major national and international corporations in a broad range of areas, including highly specialized scientific fields. Before becoming an attorney, Kristine interned in the U.S. Department of Justice's Torts Branch.
