Achieves favorable outcomes through strategic advocacy in federal and state courts.

Small claims and consumer dispute defense

Defends major technology and communications providers in small claims litigation involving consumer service disputes across federal and state courts and arbitration forums. Effectively leverages legal protections like the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), procedural defenses, and settlement strategies to protect client interests. Achieves efficient resolutions that minimize risk and maintain client reputation.
