Peter Mucklestone focuses on finance and commercial transactions, banking, and regulatory matters. He drafts and negotiates commercial loan documents. He develops consumer lending and leasing products for banks, other financial services companies and retailers. Peter advises clients on bank operations issues, payment systems, and letters of credit.
Peter has represented Bank of America, Bank of Washington, Columbia State Bank, Finastra, Heritage Bank, U.S. Bank, Washington Bankers Association, and Washington Trust Bank.
