Peter J. Mucklestone

Has advised banks on banking and lending issues drawing on his experience as in-house counsel and as outside counsel.
Has followed legislative developments of interest to financial institutions in the State of Washington for many years on behalf of the Washington Bankers Association and Finastra.
Has documented all kinds of commercial loans, using custom loan documents or the lender’s standard forms, including altering, supplementing or amending standard form Laser Pro loan documents developed by Finastra.
