Brenda Nixdorf has more than 20 years of experience as a paralegal in the area of intellectual property, including trademark and copyright matters. She has significant experience managing large U.S. and international trademark portfolios and with handling all aspects of prosecution, maintenance, clearance, and enforcement. She also has experience in the areas of copyright and in complex intellectual property litigation and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board actions.
