- Lead paralegal to lead counsel in In re Exxon Valdez. Assisted court-appointed lead counsel with overall case management of oil-spill litigation for more than 30,000 plaintiffs represented by more than 60 law firms in the consolidated proceedings of more than 250 lawsuits, both class and direct actions. Participated in all activities in connection with three phase, four-month jury trial and with various appeals to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. (1989-2013)
