Mackenzie Olson practices employment and labor law at the firm. She regularly appears before federal and state courts, regulatory agencies, and arbitrators. She also advises companies across an array of industries on personnel, compliance, and other issues.
Before joining DWT, Mackenzie served as an assistant attorney general in the Alaska Department of Law's Office of Criminal Appeals and as an assistant district attorney in the Anchorage District Attorney's Office. Mackenzie also clerked for Judge H. Russel Holland at the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska and for Judge David Mannheimer at the Alaska Court of Appeals. During law school, she externed for Judge Stephen J. Dwyer at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division I.
