Ruben Pagán provides transactional support to logistics, e-commerce, web services, wireless, and other technology clients. His work in this space includes developing and negotiating a wide range of domestic and international contracts, online agreements, and policies governing ocean, air, ground, and rail logistics services; equipment and vehicle acquisition and leasing; device, product, and component acquisition and development; and software, web services, and data licensing.
Ruben also advises clients on the impact of existing and developing laws and regulations on programs and transactions and whether and how clients can future proof or adapt their offerings.
Before joining DWT, Ruben supported Amazon's North American Fulfillment Center organization.
