Jae Pak is a member of the firm's technology, communications, and privacy and security group. He is a seasoned technology transactions lawyer and former in-house counsel who brings more than two decades of experience handling complex legal matters for multinational companies and startups alike. Clients trust Jae to deliver business-focused solutions, mitigate regulatory and security risks, and offer strategic guidance that powers innovation in software and cloud services on a global scale.
Jae has advised clients and in-house teams on major technology transactions, partnerships, and product launches, guiding them through every stage of the development lifecycle. Before joining the firm, he served as senior corporate counsel for Microsoft's Cloud + Artificial Intelligence business. He previously handled product and trademark counseling and led the international commercial licensing team at GitHub.
