Sean Park is a seasoned intellectual property attorney, bringing to the firm almost a decade of experience in IP litigation across federal courts and other venues, including the PTAB and TTAB, as well as in arbitration. Sean has represented clients in a range of industries—including emerging sectors from biotech to AI—on their most important disputes involving patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. He has protected clients' brands with cease-and-desist letters and DMCA takedown notices and enforced various IPs via U.S. Customs and Border Protection. He also has drafted commercial licensing agreements and other contracts.
Sean's IP expertise is shaped by his background in the sciences. In addition, he previously taught a class on the intersection of contract, IP, and advertising law, especially in matters related to Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), at the University of Connecticut.
