Kevin Pasternak

Kevin is an attorney in the firm's corporate and business transactions practice group. His practice is focused on representing companies at all phases of their lifecycles: formation and organization of corporations, LLCs, and other entities; mergers and acquisitions; debt and equity financings; commercial agreements; restructuring; and sale or other exit.

Kevin has extensive experience with start-ups and emerging companies in many industries, including video game development and publishing, hardware and apparel manufacturing and distribution, telehealth, and food and beverage. In addition to his emerging company practice, Kevin has successfully closed asset purchases for special purpose vehicles and funds.

The son of two Los Angeles attorneys, Kevin was raised to think logically and to defend his clients' interests above all else. In his free time, Kevin enjoys watching and playing numerous sports – primarily soccer, hockey, and baseball – and exploring local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and breweries.
