Josh Peck works on commercial litigation matters. Before joining DWT, Josh interned with the Small Business Administration's litigation team, where he drafted responses to administrative appeals and assisted with motions before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He also has orally argued in federal district court and drafted a federal appellate brief. Before pursuing his J.D., Josh worked as a legislative aide in the Washington State Senate, helping to advance clean energy and data privacy legislation. He also served as AmeriCorps VISTA for the Opportunity Council in Bellingham, Washington, and interned in Congress and the Washington State House of Representatives. Josh has researched legal issues related to arbitration rules, defamation, data privacy, fiduciary duties, civil rights, and constitutional matters.
