As DWT's senior manager of Lawyer Talent Acquisition & Outreach, Hiroko Peraza believes that all of us are more than what we can possibly put on our resumes and she's passionate about getting to know people beyond their application materials. Her job is to get to know diverse candidates, identify the right opportunity for them, and share their stories with her team and hiring partners for thoughtful consideration. Hiroko also offers professional development and branding consultation to law students, junior-level attorneys, and attorneys from diverse legal professional backgrounds so that they are aligned with what "Big Law" looks for in a candidate.
Hiroko provides leadership for firmwide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) focused recruiting strategies to source, attract, and recruit law students and lateral attorneys. She concentrates on enhancing firmwide diversity outreach and ensures excellent candidate experience.
