Jen Pincus is an attorney in the firm's litigation group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Jen has represented clients in a variety of matters including breach of contract, trade secrets, products liability, toxic torts, antitrust actions, and claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Prior to joining DWT, Jen was an associate at an international law firm in New York, where she gained experience helping clients navigate through phases of litigation, multidistrict litigation, and investigations.
Jen is equally committed to pro bono service. Her work has included supporting Ukraine reconstruction initiatives and representing unaccompanied minors in immigration and family court proceedings. Before entering private practice, Jen held legal and policy roles focused on advocacy, civil rights, and international legal affairs. That experience informs her practical, thoughtful approach to legal research, regulatory analysis, public policy, and client advocacy.
