Scott is a strategic partner who works side by side with clients to understand their unique workplace challenges and transform those insights into tailored, high-impact strategies that make a real difference.

Before entering law, Scott lived and worked abroad as a teacher in several countries—an experience that continues to shape how he practices today. He brings a global mindset to his work, helping clients navigate complex, evolving workplaces and diverse teams with agility and confidence. Through this lens, he provides advice in highly regulated sectors—including healthcare—where employment decisions intersect with strict compliance requirements, operational continuity, and multiple stakeholder expectations. Leveraging his teaching background, Scott excels at helping leadership teams grasp not just what the law requires, but why it matters—translating complex legal obligations into real-world, actionable guidance.

Scott provides counsel across all stages of the employee lifecycle, including:

  • Talent acquisition & onboarding
  • Performance management
  • Workplace policies & compliance
  • Training & development
  • Employee relations, workplace investigations, & conflict resolution
  • Trade secrets
  • Terminations & offboarding
  • Regulatory & risk management

A trial-tested employment litigator, Scott defends employers in federal and state courts—including class actions, multi-plaintiff, and single-plaintiff lawsuits—and represents clients before government agencies against all types of employment claims. He combines deep courtroom experience with practical insight to protect employers when it matters most and resolve disputes efficiently.
