Kristen Lee Price helps clients navigate complex insurance and business litigation matters. She provides practical, actionable advice to achieve her clients' goals every step of the way, from deposition to trial, or through mediation and settlement negotiation. Clients appreciate Kristen's keen legal mind and her ability to communicate complicated legal issues in a simple and cogent manner. Kristen is a warm, compassionate, and dedicated attorney who prioritizes understanding her clients' concerns and needs.

Kristen has extensive experience handling large caseloads in federal and state court, providing defense counsel in a variety of areas, including general liability, product liability, bad faith claims, business torts, class actions, compliance, and government investigations. She has deftly defended against enforcement actions by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Food and Drug Administration, and other federal and state agencies.

A former aide within one of California's busiest federal court districts, Kristen leverages her knowledge of all litigation areas in order to provide expert analysis of insurance coverage issues, then drafts and argues motions defending clients in those matters. Her recent courtroom experience includes winning summary judgment in a prominent multimillion-dollar damages claim and successfully defending an international client in a complex business dispute.

Among recent accolades, Kristen is one of a handful of attorneys in Oregon who are identified as "Rising Stars" by Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters. Kristen's expertise extends into the healthcare, marketing, contract law, environmental law, and data privacy fields. She also advises on risk assessments to limit clients' exposure in regulatory and compliance matters.
