Katori Rameau advises clients on technology transactions across multiple industries, including communications, gaming, mixed-reality, and e-commerce. She has experience drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements, including agreements involving manufacturing and development, distribution, IP licensing, reseller, and pole attachment licensing agreements.
Katori also works to relieve the stress of regulatory burdens so that companies can focus on business instead of regulatory complexities. Additionally, she counsels telecommunications providers and cable providers on compliance and regulatory hurdles related to business operations and transactions, siting and placement of infrastructure.

In 2018, Katori established BITT. BITT networking events help black telecommunications and technology professionals build connections and share resources.
Tech-regulatory counseling
Advised global app-based company on a full-time basis on the development of regulatory framework for a new line of business by assisting the company with implementing best practices that align with existing and anticipated regulatory requirements.
