Victoria Randazzo

Victoria Randazzo is a former Federal Communications Commission (FCC) attorney who practices in the firm's technology, communications, privacy and security group. She advises telecommunications clients on a broad range of wireline, consumer protection, and broadband regulatory compliance issues and legal disputes. She is particularly experienced in handling complicated investigative matters. Before joining DWT, Victoria most recently was acting division chief of the FCC's Fraud Division, where she handled complex investigations targeting fraud, waste, and abuse of federal programs such as the Universal Service Fund and the Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) Program.
Victoria draws on her five years of federal agency enforcement experience and prior role as legal advisor to the FCC's Enforcement Bureau Chief to guide clients navigating privacy and robocall regulations. She previously negotiated major settlements with investigative targets, and advised agency leadership on FCC rulemakings involving data breach notification rules and AI. Victoria helped establish the FCC's Privacy and Data Protection Task Force. She also has internship experience with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
