Megan is an associate in the DWT Seattle office who assists clients with various real estate and land use transactional matters, including siting, permitting, and developing a wide range of projects including residential subdivisions, renewable energy facilities, commercial properties, and essential public facilities. She has experience across a range of land use compliance issues on behalf of landowners in administrative hearings and litigation and coordinates and manages real estate closings for residential and commercial properties. Megan also maintains an environmental law practice, including advising clients regarding Superfund site cleanup, Army Corps of Engineers permitting, and the State Environmental Policy Act.

Megan sustains a robust pro bono practice, including supporting several organizations' efforts to increase Black homeownership in compliance with state and federal laws and drafting and filing name change petitions on behalf of trans youth.

Megan graduated from Berkeley Law with specializations in Energy & Clean Technology Law and Environmental Law & Policy. Prior to law school, she was a political media consultant for national political and behavior change campaigns.
