Erwin Reschke is an associate on DWT's commercial litigation team. Erwin has represented clients in various cases involving breach of contract, trademark and copyright issues, antitrust issues, and defamation. He has particular experience in matters relating to the Lanham Act, the Copyright Act, and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Prior to joining DWT, Erwin served as a term law clerk for the Hon. Cheryl Ann Krause, as well as the Hon. Richard Nygaard, in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. Erwin began his legal career serving as a term law clerk for the Hon. A. Joe Fish in the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
