Jessica Roberts draws on her business background to help clients navigate nuanced legal issues and bring deals to fruition. Her practice includes assisting clients with financing, M&A, corporate governance, and other complex business transactions. Jessica also advises on Indian law issues.

Before practicing law, Jessica was the founder and owner of a consulting business centered on helping students and nonprofits develop competitive funding applications. She was also an academic advisor for the Office of Indian Education. Jessica is a member of the Cherokee Nation and serves on the Northwest Indian Bar Association's Governing Council.

Drafted the first license plate compact in Washington state between a tribe and the state; determined if and how the governor's COVID-19 proclamations applied to tribal lands; and contributed to revising a tribe's election code.
