Gloria Rouse

Gloria Rouse is a detail-oriented business transactions paralegal with experience in corporate law and the preparation of documents and related public filings. She primarily works on buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring matters for clients across a range of industries.

Gloria works closely with attorneys to proactively assist in managing transactions; organizing and analyzing due diligence; forming new business entities; drafting governance consents and ancillary documents; and overseeing merger, conversion, and charter filings through to the closing of fast-paced transactions.
