Zach Shindler

Zach Shindler is a member of the firm's corporate and business transactions group. Zach counsels private equity sponsors and private companies on corporate finance, governance, and transactional matters. He has experience in debt financing transactions and corporate governance matters relating to credit agreements and corresponding financing documentation.

While in law school, Zach interned for Judge Joseph F. Bianco of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
