Libby Smith is a member of the firm's healthcare practice group, bringing experience from various healthcare-related fields, including health system, payor, and hospice care settings, where she developed an understanding of the operational and policy challenges facing the industry. Libby earned her J.D. from the University of Washington with a concentration in health law.
Libby's practice is centered on healthcare regulatory and compliance issues, general provider-side representation, and provider and payor agreements. She has experience with federal and state government investigations, healthcare litigation matters, and agreement drafting and negotiation. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate the intricate web of healthcare regulations while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
