Dipa thinks like a member of your team. She strives to understand her clients’ business environment and challenges, and will provide appropriately tailored advice. She uses her deep knowledge of employee benefits related laws to craft novel solutions.

Dipa’s clients range from employers with thousands of employees, to those with just a few. She provides sophisticated advice and counsel on employee benefits related laws (e.g. ERISA, the tax code, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA). She has in-depth knowledge and insight on a wide variety of plans: defined contribution (401(k), 403(b), money-purchase and profit-sharing), defined benefit, health and welfare (wrap, HRA, retiree, MEWA), fringe benefit, non-qualified deferred compensation, and cafeteria. Dipa also represents employers in M&A-related benefits issues. She is regularly called upon to lead training sessions for clients, for example, fiduciary HIPAA and ERISA training.
