Ramya Sundaram works in the firm's financial services practice group. She is an experienced litigator in both state and federal court, having handled all stages of complex litigation in various practice areas, as well as having handled arbitrations, negotiations, and compliance issues.
Ramya focuses on both pre-trial and trial work. She has secured notable wins for clients in disputes involving securities fraud, cryptocurrency, complex financial agreements, activist shareholders, bankruptcy, and employment contracts. Before practicing at two other AmLaw 200 firms, Ramya worked as a legal intern at the SEC and as a paralegal for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York.
