Moe has substantial experience litigating cases under the Delaware General Corporation Law, and has litigated numerous high-profile corporate disputes including M&A litigation for Fortune 500 companies, stockholder derivative actions, busted-deal litigation, statutory summary proceedings, and internal investigations for special litigation committees.
Data privacy & cybersecurity
Moe also litigates matters relating to data breaches, phishing scams, or other losses of sensitive personally identifying information, as well as defending claims under federal and state statutes.
