Matteo Taraborrelli is an employment litigator who represents a diverse range of employers—including international corporations, startups, restaurants, and small businesses—in disputes before state and federal courts, the EEOC, HUD, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. Matteo advises on and defends against claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations, whistleblower allegations, breach of contract, ADA noncompliance, defamation, fraud, and other complex employment-related litigation.

During law school, Matteo was president of the Sports Communication and Entertainment Law Forum, where he fostered discussions on legal issues in sports and entertainment.
