Stephen Taylor

Stephen Taylor is a member of DWT's commercial litigation practice group. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, including at the appellate level, and in international arbitrations. Stephen advises clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit strategy through discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and appeals. His pro bono practice includes criminal appeals, immigration litigation, and voting-rights work.

Before joining DWT, Stephen clerked at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and practiced at a global law firm in New York. Prior to law school, he worked as a finance officer at a nonprofit organization and as a business consultant.
