Grace Thompson
Associate
Grace Thompson is a skilled litigator, focusing her practice in all areas of employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and wage-and-hour violations. Grace's favorite aspect of litigation is collaborating with her clients to identify creative and effective solutions to their litigation problems. She is also passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence ("AI") and the legal field and works with clients to thoughtfully navigate the evolving role of AI in the workplace.
In addition to her practice, Grace serves as a member on King County Sexual Assault Resource Center's ("KCSARC") board of directors. She enjoys following fashion trends, baking decorative cakes, and any activity involving her two kids.
