Jordan E. Thompson
Associate
Jordan Thompson is a member of the firm's technology transactions practice group where he focuses on the development, licensing, and commercialization of technology, data, and intellectual property rights. He helps clients structure and negotiate agreements across a broad range of technologies, including Fintech, payments, media, entertainment, video games, cloud services, artificial intelligence, and IoT.
Prior to joining DWT, Jordan represented companies in the financial services, consumer products, and information technology industries on deals involving intellectual property licensing, strategic alliances, venture capital and private equity financings, and M&A. As a former Wall Street associate with a background in business development and financial analysis, Jordan implements strategic thinking to help turn his clients' obstacles into opportunities.
