Trinh has a wealth of experience in litigating single-plaintiff matters involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, leave interference, wrongful termination, safety violations, and transparency and wage-and-hour class actions. Trinh's expertise extends to representing clients before key federal agencies such as the EEOC and Washington state employment and labor agencies including WSHRC, WISHA, and L&I. Beyond litigation, Trinh provides invaluable guidance to clients on a wide range of employment issues and conducts thorough investigations. Trinh's counseling practice focuses on providing large and midsize employers with practical advice on federal and state compliance matters, including drafting and review of handbooks and policies.

Before joining DWT and earning her J.D., Trinh was a senior paralegal in Starbucks' Law and Corporate Affairs Department, providing single-plaintiff and class action litigation support and conducting high-level internal investigations. Prior to Starbucks, Trinh supported the human resources group of a financial services company, where she offered guidance on employee relations matters and disciplinary proceedings and conducted internal investigations.

Trinh's diverse background equips her with a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the complexities of employment law, making her a formidable advocate for her clients.
