Yashasvi Tripathi

Yashasvi Tripathi is a corporate and business transactions attorney. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, franchise matters and other complex transactions as well as general corporate matters. Yashasvi has experience representing corporate clients and private equity funds in domestic and international transactions across a variety of industries.

Before joining DWT, Yashasvi practiced in the New York offices of two international firms and interned for a justice at the Supreme Court of India.
