Admitted to practice only in the District of Columbia. Supervised by partners in the New York office.
Latoya Tyson develops innovative strategies to help defend her clients' intellectual property in the courts and with the USPTO. By deploying a wide range of IP enforcement efforts, including pre-suit actions, UDRP complaints, DMCA notices, and USPTO petitions, Latoya ensures that her clients' valuable assets remain safeguarded from would-be infringers.
Her experience includes managing worldwide intellectual property portfolios, preparing terms of services for technology companies and startups, and conducting pre-trial litigation in multimillion dollar trademark infringement cases.
