Olivia Wiebe is an attorney specializing in employment law issues including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She has experience litigating both single-plaintiff cases and large class action-style enforcement actions involving the EEOC and state agencies, such as the California Civil Rights Department. Olivia has also advised clients on state and federal compliance when it comes to employee handbooks, workplace policies, and training materials.
Before joining DWT, Olivia was a judicial extern for Oregon Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Duncan and EEOC Administrative Judge Thomas Harward. Prior to attending law school at UCLA, Olivia was a legal assistant for attorney Darryl Parker at the Civil Rights Justice Center in Seattle, where she handled initial intake for clients alleging employment discrimination, prepared drafts of pleadings and deposition outlines, and conducted legal research on various employment law issues.
