Ray Williams is an intellectual property strategist and business attorney who leverages his business acumen and legal expertise to guide clients through the complexities of IP in the digital age. He counsels clients positioning themselves as AI-enabled, digital-first organizations, with responsible AI use as his guiding principle.
Focusing on digital media, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies, Ray provides intellectual property and technology law counseling that addresses the dynamic interplay of changing legal landscapes and evolving business goals. He partners with established technology companies as well as entertainment, gaming, media, and other companies undergoing digital transformation, assisting them at every stage of the IP life cycle. Ray collaborates with these organizations to develop, protect, commercialize, and maximize the value of their intellectual property, creative works, and innovations, including by creating robust AI policies and governance structures. His deep appreciation for the pursuit of innovation is evident in the work he does for his clients daily.
With a strong corporate foundation and extensive experience in corporate transactions, Ray is often a member of deal teams as an IP advisor, empowering clients to excel in today's dynamic digital landscape.
