Patrick Wilson advises employers on a wide range of traditional labor and employment matters, providing day to day counsel on labor relations strategy, workforce compliance, and risk management. His practice includes representing employers in connection with union organizing campaigns and unfair labor practice proceedings; negotiating collective bargaining agreements; handling grievance arbitrations; and representing clients before the National Labor Relations Board and in state and federal courts nationwide. He regularly drafts and negotiates employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements; prepares employee handbooks and workplace policies; conducts internal investigations; and supports complex corporate transactions through employment due diligence and deal counseling. Patrick has served as counsel in labor disputes and arbitrations and acted as outside labor and employment counsel for business clients, while also managing union relationships and advising on cross border and transactional labor issues. Patrick also focuses on ways to integrate and grow artificial intelligence in his traditional labor practice in order to achieve efficiencies for clients.
