Kristi Wolff is a trusted advisor to companies across a range of industries, including representing leading manufacturers and retailers in the food, drug and personal care industries, health technology, cannabis, apparel, household products and appliances, and transportation services, just to name a few. She plays a critical role in supporting the firm's top-of-market advertising practice and its nationwide food and beverage team, working from the nation's capital and strengthening both groups' East Coast presence.

A nationally respected regulatory counsel who has been repeatedly recognized by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in the area of consumer protection and advertising law, Kristi leverages over a decade of experience in private practice in Washington, D.C. – plus senior in-house roles counseling a Fortune 500 healthcare company and a Fortune 100 food manufacturer – to approach her clients' most pressing challenges with innovation and practicality.

With this background, Kristi has supported dozens of product launches and advertising campaigns, including assisting with claim substantiation, product testing, label review, influencer campaigns, and post-market quality issues such as recalls and product withdrawals. She regularly works on country of origin and "Made in USA" claims, automatic renewal compliance, price advertising, and "green" claims and is skilled in assisting clients with scenarios that blur the lines between legal and public relations concerns.

Kristi is a zealous advocate for her clients before the FTC, FDA, state AGs, and the National Advertising Division of the Better Business Bureau. She also supports the firm's consumer class action defense practice with her regulatory expertise.

At her previous firm, Kristi chaired the FDA practice group and DEI committee.
