Dalia Wrocherinsky works in the firm's technology, communications, and privacy and security group. She focuses on technology transactions, with a particular interest in emerging technologies. She has experience conducting due diligence, and reviewing and drafting licensing and terms of service agreements. Before joining DWT, Dalia clerked for Commissioner Alvaro Bedoya at the Federal Trade Commission, where she worked on antitrust, consumer protection, labor, and privacy issues. She has provided legal analysis of various issues in the tech and privacy space, including the FTC's Health Breach Notification Rule and Negative Option Rule, and has a published paper on terms of service agreements and how they interact with property rights, the Fourth Amendment, and warrants for user search history. While pursuing her J.D., Dalia was a member of the American University Business Law Review, and the Tech, Law, and Security Society. Before law school, she traveled the country working on election campaigns, living in Iowa, Nevada, Montana, and Seattle, before returning to her hometown, New York City, where she worked in technology consulting.
