Will Holtzman is an experienced entertainment, media and advertising attorney. He represents clients on a wide range of transactional matters, working closely with industry leaders in television, film, digital content, podcasts, audiobooks, live stage, music and advertising, among others. With substantial experience in the entertainment and advertising fields, Will's clients rely on him to guide them through complex transactions, efficiently analyze and negotiate agreements, and mitigate potential risks.

Will's experience in the entertainment industry includes shepherding scripted and unscripted projects from development all the way through production and eventual distribution, regularly handling complex deals including rights agreements, talent services agreements, and production agreements. He also specializes in license and distribution agreements, having negotiated and drafted a large number of inbound and outbound distribution agreements for various types of entertainment and media content. Will also counsels clients on a variety of advertising matters, including brand sponsorships and integrations, talent and influencer deals, vendor and customer services agreements, licensing transactions and promotional sweepstakes and contests. In addition, Will spent a year seconded to a client in the podcast industry, and worked closely with in-house attorneys, business teams and creatives to develop and produce various podcast projects.
