Jackson Yates is a senior associate in the firm's financial services group, concentrating on litigation and investigation matters involving white-collar, antitrust, securities, and regulatory issues. He maintains daily contact with clients in the banking and financial services sector, including large institutions and tech companies, ensuring tailored and effective legal strategies for each client. Jackson has led numerous trials and appellate hearings and drafted successful dispositive motions, civil complaints, and appellate filings. His experience includes taking and defending depositions and engaging with opposing counsel, including government lawyers. Jackson also has managed complex commercial litigation.
In addition to his client-focused work, Jackson has played a key role in lawyer recruitment, and his commitment to pro bono work has earned him recognition, including Her Justice's Commitment to Justice Award for outstanding immigration advocacy in New York City.
