Jessica Yin is a member of the firm’s litigation group. They bring a background in Indigenous Law to the firm, along with experience supporting litigation involving contract interpretation, complex procedural questions, and more.
Before joining DWT, Jessica served as a judicial extern for U.S. District Judge John Chun in Seattle and for Washington Court of Appeals Judge Rebecca Glasgow in Tacoma. Jessica earned their J.D. from the University of Washington, with a concentration in Indigenous Law. While in law school, Jessica worked in the Tribal Court Public Defense Clinic to provide parent representation in dependency proceedings before the Muckleshoot Tribal Court. They also served as an editor and DEI Chair for the Washington Law Review and published an article on the federal trust relationship with tribes.
