She advises human resources teams, recruiters, hiring managers, including in-house counsel, on global mobility and workforce planning issues. Yuki routinely works on nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN classifications, along with permanent residence matters such as EB-1 petitions, EB-2 national interest waivers and PERM Labor Certification. She also provides guidance on consular processing strategies and visa applications, supporting companies as they transfer employees and bring international talent into the United States. Her practice spans a broad range of industries, including technology, fintech, startups, media, aviation, healthcare, life sciences, and engineering.

Prior to practicing law, Yuki held compliance and regulatory roles in the financial services and insurance sectors, where she conducted due diligence reviews, analyzed transactions for potential regulatory concerns, and supported anti-money laundering compliance efforts.
